The Primates of the Pearl

Your journey begins in Uganda, After arriving in Entebbe, Jackal Adventures whisks you via a private charter flight to the southwestern highlands. This flight skips ten hours of bumpy roads, offering you a bird’s-eye view of the “Mountains of the Moon.” Here lies the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to the mountain gorilla.

Luxury in the jungle means returning from a challenging trek to a lodge that offers heated forest view tubs and personalized butler service. Under the guidance of expert rangers, you will spend an hour in the presence of a habituated gorilla family. Observing the gentle social dynamics of a silverback is a spiritual experience. Jackal Adventures ensures you have the most experienced trackers and most comfortable accommodations, making the impenetrable forest feel like a private, five-star sanctuary. Furthermore, your stay contributes directly to local conservation efforts, ensuring these giants thrive for generations.

The Theatre of the Masai Mara

Subsequently, you will fly across the border into Kenya’s legendary Masai Mara National Reserve. In this segment of the trip, the scenery shifts from vertical jungle vines to the horizontal, infinite golden plains of the savannah. This is the heart of Big Cat territory, where the drama of the wild unfolds daily.

Luxury here is defined by exclusivity and “glamping” at its finest. You will stay in a small, tented camp where the walls are canvas, but the floors are polished hardwood and the showers are rain style. Your Jackal Adventures guide will lead you on private game drives in a customized 4×4 vehicle. Because these guides possess deep knowledge of animal behavior, you might witness a leopard guarding its kill or a pride of lions playing with their cubs. Furthermore, a private bush dinner under the vast African stars, complete with fine wines and silver service, provides a romantic, high end touch that elevates the safari experience beyond the ordinary.

The Endless Plains and the Crater

The final chapter of your journey unfolds in Tanzania. You will fly into the Serengeti, a name that translates to “Endless Plains.” If you time your visit with the Great Migration, you will witness millions of wildebeest and zebras moving in a thundering mass across the landscape. The sheer scale of the movement is staggering to behold from the ground, but even better from the air.

A definitive highlight of this leg is the Hot Air Balloon Safari. Rising with the sun, you float silently over the migration herds, followed by a celebratory champagne breakfast in the bush. Following the Serengeti, you travel to the Ngorongoro Crater. This ancient caldera acts as a natural enclosure for over 25,000 large animals, including the rare black rhino. Staying in an elite lodge on the crater rim allows you to enjoy world class architecture and breathtaking views. You can sip a vintage cocktail while watching the sunset dip below the crater floor, a sight that has remained unchanged for millennia.

The Jackal Adventures Advantage

Executing a tri country luxury safari requires more than just booking rooms.
